Shipping and Returns Policy

We have a positive policy towards all goods sold on our site, this includes postage and packing to ensure that the cost involved is reasonable normally at cost. We package item's safely to ensure your purchases reach you in the same condition that they leave our workshops.

Items will usually be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of a completed purchase, however, 7 days should always be allowed for delivery, Sew 'n' Print cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services or other external circumstances. All items to be the dispatched to UK destinations are sent by First Class Post or for heavier orders by Parcel Force 48 (or the most appropriate courier service for the item). To overseas destinations the items are sent by Airmail, with packages over 2kg being split to keep within postal air freight restrictions. However, the checkout process offers a range of postal options that the purchases can choose, and the price will be altered to reflect lower or higher postal charges. Items such as mugs and tiles will be sent separately to ensure that they can be well packaged.

We offer good discounts on sales of 6 or more items including any savings on delivery charges, these discounts are displayed on each items page, and are automatically counted into the final price, please ask for more details.
While we attempt to ensure that all product descriptions on our site are up to date, minor variations are possible due to changes on the part of our suppliers. We are though more than happy to supply further information on any product, or to answer any questions.

All goods are supplied subject to availability. We have reasonable stocks but occasionally items go out of stock. If this happens we will notify you of the delay and offer an alternative, or you may choose to have a refund.

As we are supplying custom made products, payment will be required when placing orders. Customers should also be aware that some aspects of the statutory provisions that apply to the online sale of goods do not apply to custom ordered products. As an example where an item is supplied that if returned in good condition would have a statutory obligation to refund the purchase price, where that product has been printed with personal details and/or a picture so that the product cannot be resold, then the statutory obligation to refund does not apply. However, if the product is faulty, or damaged then our normal policy (see below) will apply.

All goods are checked before despatch, but in the very unlikely event of any items in your order being damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods, giving details of the damaged items. If you believe that there may be item(s) missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days receipt of your order and we will look into it. If your order has not been received within 14 days of the confirmed order (UK sales - Overseas Sales allow a minimum of 28 days) please contact us so that we can sort out any delivery problems.

The above terms form part of, and may be in addition to but do not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy


Sew 'n' Print respect and are committed to protecting your privacy, this policy is aimed at ensuring your personal information is protected from abuse. We promise that we will use your personal information only in ways that are compatible with this Privacy Policy.

We do not disclose buyers information to third parties, other than for delivery purposes, and to our third party payment processor (who all have similar none disclosure policies). Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses, and as a means of tracking trends in sales, but only for internal purposes.

Data collected by this site is only used to:

  Take and fulfil customer orders
  Administer and enhance the site and service
  Only disclose information to third-parties for delivery & payment purposes


In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, we will only use information about you to process an order or to send you relevant information on our products and services. Conditions of Use

Making a purchase
Could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Should you wish to amend your order prior to purchase use the remove or quantity boxes in the shopping cart and click amend. But you must also complete the additional form with details of your required personalisation, if you fail to do that then this may cause delay as we will need to obtain that info to print your item.

It is IMPORTANT that you provide a phone number just in case there are any problems with your order, if no phone number is given, then we shall send two emails when there is a problem, if those emails are not responded too then we shall cancel the order and make a full refund.


Personalisation/Printing
Please note that in accordance with UK law the normal rules that apply to distance selling do not apply to printed items. The sales contract is deemed complete on the start of the actual printing process and NOT at the time of receipt. It is therefore important that customers ensure the details that they supply are correct because once an item has been printed the order cannot be cancelled. Although our policy is to either offer a refund or replace items where there is an error in the print that is not of the fault of the customer. We cannot offer refunds because a customer changes their mind, or where any error is as a result of the information supplied by the customer, or indeed where a customer decides they would prefer a different item/colour/font from that ordered.

Postage
Goods will generally be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of a completed order. However, we reserve the right to allow 10 days for dispatch, with any appropriate delivery time additional to those time frames. After dispatch further delay can be caused by the Post Office which is outside of our control, this is particular important at Christmas.There is a standard postal charge of £2.50 on the order, this means no matter what you order you will only ever be charged a maximum of £2.50.

Back Orders


If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, and a full refund will be made.


Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. They are not held on our own computers, other than during processing. Credit card orders placed by telephone have the same strict code applied, and no written record of customers credit card details are retained.

Descriptions and Images
We try to describe articles for sale as accurately as possible with images and measurements; we want you to be content with your purchase! Please email us for more details you need. Please take specific note of any negative comments within our descriptions as these are included to give you a clear indication of the likely finished products quality. In particular note our comments within our additional printing info for the type of printing to be used to produce your item specifically in relation to artwork and colour matching.

Refund Policy
We have a general policy of working with our customers to resolve difficulties in delivery and any problems with the products. Most of our orders are repeat business, we have gained a high reputation by always treating our customers in a fair and honest way. This particularly applies to refunds and replacement of products.

Shipping
Proof of posting is available for all items we dispatch. We use tracking numbers to trace packages wherever possible.

Prices
All goods on this site are priced in UK Pounds. All prices are subject to change at short notice due to factors beyond our control. We believe that they are fair and reflect the quality of the item.
