When ordering please include the words (such as name, date of birth, message etc) that you want us to customise your item with, along with the name of one of our standard design, crest, sports or business logo. Or send us any special design and/or photo that you want us to place on the item(by email see below), this can be a single design or a collage of photos or design in JPG format. Or we will design your print to your specification (just supply the text photo/picture, and we will do the rest).
If you want a family crest then let us know the family name, whether you want one or two crests (the same or with different surnames). If you want a single name do you also want the family names meaning. If you want a forename, you you also want the forenames meaning and/or the zodiac sign for that persons date of birth. We have most family crests and name meanings.
If you want a sports club let us know the logo, if it is a major sports club we will most likely already have good quality copies of their logos. If not we will contact you about supplying a copy if available.
We have copies of the logos of most large companies and therefore can supply gifts with those on.
We also have an extensive selection of suggested sayings and quotes.
We post our items to the U.K 1st Class Royal Mail at a standard £3.50 per order. On posting item's we obtain proof of posting from the post office (or courier) which can be supplied on request.
If you choose Royal Mail Tracked we will inform you of the tracking number. If you prefer a different delivery option please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate this.

We have a dispatch time of 3 days, however we normally dispatch within 24 hours of receipt of an order, although we reserve the general right of a 7 day despatch time frame just in case of problems, we would contact you in this case).
Whilst we always endeavour to act fairly to our customers, after item's are despatched responsibility lays with the purchaser. But please keep in mind that our postal times are despatch times and NOT delivery times.

We operate a fair trade policy, and respect our customers, giving that little extra service rarely seen in today's age. Whilst the customer is not always right, we believe that it is important that you are happy with our products, and that we produce a design that meets with your expectations.
You should also be aware that printed/personalised goods are NOT covered by the normal Distance Selling Regulations, sales are deemed to be complete at the time of printing, and not at the date of receipt.
As the vast majority of our products are printed items they are not covered by the Distant Selling Regulations, which means in short that items are deemed to be sold at the time of printing/cutting and NOT at the date of delivery. However, we have a robust policy of looking to ensure our customers are repeat customers that means that usually we will go further than our legal obligations. Therefore whilst we cannot replace item's that are ordered by mistake or the customer provides us with incorrect personalisation information once the printing has actually taken place. We will though look with sympathy to any such request to replace items. We normally replace item's that are returned due to a fault in manufacture or printing of the item. However, we cannot replace item's lost in the post or found to be faulty due to any problem outside of our control. We always obtain postal receipts which we are happy to supply copies on request. Please contact us as soon as possible when a fault or problem is discovered, but in any event within 14 days of receipt. These terms do not affect your statutory rights, see the link below to exceptions to statutory returns legislation, for instance the Distance Selling Regulations specifically excludes "items that have been made to order". All our items are made (printed) to order and are therefore excluded from the Regulations. Customers should also take into account specific cleaning/washing instructions set out on each item's selling page, for limitations on that item's washing/cleaning ability.
